Security utilities and validation helpers for the built-in Dashboard.
This module contains functions for validating dashboard-related security settings and determining whether the Dashboard can be safely exposed in the current environment.
The checks performed here are intended to prevent insecure production deployments, such as exposing the Dashboard with missing, weak, or default credentials.
Functions in this module may be used by the Dashboard blueprint, middleware, startup checks, and blueprint registration logic to enforce consistent security requirements across the framework.
